- Nutrition guidance - calorie intake and macronutrient breakdown to suit your specific goals; as well as regular nutrition tips provided to help you work towards your goals in the most effective way.
- Weekly online check-ins for maximum accountability, making sure you’re progressing towards your goals; but helping you get back on-track when you hit any plateaus.
- Workouts and exercises reviewed each week, with modifications and progressions made for you to make sure you’re getting the most out of each and every session
