Prioritising feelings over aesthetics
I live with mental health issues. That phrase used to be “I suffer with mental health”. It has taken me years to learn how to gain control over my mental health, and 80% of that is down to following a structured yet sustainable exercise programme. Inside Out Fitness was developed to help people take back control of their mental and physical health, and learn how to develop healthy habits that last a lifetime – improving their mindset first, knowing that aesthetics come naturally after that.
